Oh how we danced on the night we were wed here at the Steelworker's hall albeit it in the smaller Dieppe Room in August 1970. We celebrated the new Millenium in this bigger hall with many friends and acquaintances. When I was a little songbird (bluebird I think) we gathered in this hall for the annual Kiwanis Music Festival school choir category. Many memories always to be held close to the heart.

If you isolate small parts of the photograph the little vignettes are like director edits of a mid-century Hollywood Mystery drama.

Yes, this is the Steelworkers Hall and Yes it is the coronation. It did make me think of Hollywood.
